I have a lot of incomplete projects. Like a lot A LOT. My hard drive is filled with game dev projects that I've spent anywhere between a day to six months on but that have never passed the finish line.

What is now Rocky Roads started out as a full-fledged platformer game that I didn't want to get too ambitious with. Something manageable that I could finish in a few months and release. But Rocky Roads is an asset pack, not a game. So what happened there, you ask? The following meme sums the whole situation perfectly:

Yeah... This is a pattern with me that hopefully I can break with my current game project. Nevertheless, I'm happy with what Rocky Roads is now and that the project I spent a few months on can live on in some form.
